Job Description

The user wants me to convert the given job description into clean semantic HTML. The input already contains HTML tags like

, ,

    ,
  • ,
, etc. But the rules say: "No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
    s, no
tags". Also, "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". And "Return ONLY the HTML. No markdown fences, no explanation, no preamble." I need to strip out all inline styles, tags,
tags, and any other formatting, but keep the text content. Then structure with

    for paragraphs,

    for section headers,
    • for lists. First, identify section headers: "About Ashesi University", "About the Department/Unit", "About the Role", "Duties and Responsibilities:", "Student Career Development and Advising", "Employer Engagement", "Job Qualifications and Skills", "Advantage", "What We Offer:", "Application Process:", "Commitment to Diversity", "Disability Confident:", and maybe "Join us in shaping the future of Africa’s leadership" is a closing line. But note: The rules say use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So I should use

for each major section. The input has bold spans for headers. I'll extract those as

. Also, there are sub-headers like "Student Career Development and Advising" and "Employer Engagement" under "Duties and Responsibilities". Should those be

as well? Probably yes, as they are subsections. But the rule: "Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role)". It doesn't forbid subheaders. I'll use

for each distinct header. Now, I need to preserve all text word-for-word. That includes the text inside spans, but without the spans. Also, there are some stray spaces and non-breaking spaces. I'll keep the text as is, but remove HTML tags. I'll process the input sequentially. Let's parse the input: 1.

      About Ashesi University:

-> This is a header. Should be

      About Ashesi University

(including colon? The colon is outside span? Actually the colon is inside the p after span? The HTML:

      About Ashesi University:

So the colon is after the span, still in p. I'll include colon in header? Probably keep as part of header text. But the rule: preserve word-for-word. So I'll keep "About Ashesi University:" as header. 2.

We educate leaders who will make this vision a reality, and we collaborate with other institutions to multiply this work.

-> This is bold text but not a header? It's a paragraph with bold. Should I keep as paragraph? The rule: use

for introductory paragraphs and general text. So I'll keep as

with the text, but without bold. Since we must preserve word-for-word, but not formatting. So just the text. 7.

      -> ignore. 8.

      About the Department/Unit

for line breaks within a paragraph. Since we cannot use
, we could either make separate

tags or keep as one paragraph with spaces. The rule: "Use

for introductory paragraphs and general text". It doesn't forbid multiple paragraphs. I think it's better to split at
      into separate
