This role is individually accountable for delivering face-to-face customer service at branch level, handling walk-in clients, claims, inquiries, and escalations, while supporting branch administration and overall customer experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional, accurate, and timely service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in line with service standards.
  • Support claims intake, documentation, and follow-up at branch level.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational, regulatory, and service guidelines.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Contribute to customer experience initiatives and service improvement projects.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.
  • Uphold brand image and service excellence standards at the branch.
  • Provide daily and monthly activity reports to branch management.
