This role is individually accountable for delivering face-to-face customer service at branch level, handling walk-in clients, claims, inquiries, and escalations, while supporting branch administration and overall customer experience initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional, accurate, and timely service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in line with service standards.
- Support claims intake, documentation, and follow-up at branch level.
- Educate customers on products, services, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all operational, regulatory, and service guidelines.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Contribute to customer experience initiatives and service improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.
- Uphold brand image and service excellence standards at the branch.
- Provide daily and monthly activity reports to branch management.
