Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Content Management: Execute a comprehensive content strategy across Top (Attention), Middle (Engagement), and Bottom (Conversion) of the funnel to maximize brand reach and drive sign-ups.
- Multi-Platform Campaign Execution: Manage and schedule daily content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, adhering to a strict production split of 60% Video, 25% Graphics/Flyers, and 15% Text-based content.
- Framework Implementation: Manage the 30-Day High-Conversion Framework, creating tailored content for designated daily pillars (Opportunity, Product Trust, Engagement, Leadership, Lifestyle, Education, and Mindset).
- Viral Content & Lead Generation: Design and script high-impact short-form videos utilizing the Hook-Value-CTA framework. Manage the lead pipeline from initial social media discovery down to DM engagement, WhatsApp migration, and presentation-based conversion.
- Paid Advertising Management: Plan, launch, and optimize Paid Ads (Lead Gen, Video Ads, and Retargeting campaigns) on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Brand Integrity & Positioning: Protect the brand's reputation by ensuring high production quality, authentic testimonial usage, and strict adherence to compliant, non- exaggerated product and income claims.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs daily (views, engagement), weekly (leads, audience growth), and monthly (conversion rates, revenue impact).
- Execution Standards: Maintain a mandatory, high-volume posting schedule: Minimum 2–3 daily posts and 4–5
high-quality videos weekly.
Qualification Criteria
Experience & Skills
- Proven Track Record: 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing (Experience in Direct Selling, MLM, Network Marketing, or the Health/Wellness industry is highly preferred)
- Funnel Mastery: Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, lead generation systems, and WhatsApp business conversion strategies.
- Video Production Savvy: Strong proficiency in scripting, shooting, and editing engaging short-form video content designed to hook viewers within the first 3 seconds.
- Paid Media Expertise: Hands-on experience managing paid ad accounts (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) with a focus on lead generation and retargeting.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to read data analytics and pivot content strategies based on daily, weekly, and monthly KPI trends.
