Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to pursue them
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve performance
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of sales experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel occasionally
