Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hostel Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our hostel, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to our students in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hostel's front desk and reception area
  • Coordinate with the facilities team to ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stay and payment
  • Ensure that all hostel policies and procedures are followed
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hostel's services and facilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and move around the hostel
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
