Job Description
The Graphic Designer I is responsible for the creation and execution of visual content across digital and print platforms. This role focuses on delivering high-quality design work that aligns with brand standards and marketing briefs. The Graphic Designer I collaborates with creative and delivery teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of design assets.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Graphic Design
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with experience in the relevant categories of apparel and/or sports wear
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator)
- A proficiency in print and digital design is necessary with a good understanding of design requirements for social media platforms
- An understanding of the print production process with an ability to produce finished artwork for print is necessary
- Editing and multimedia skills advantageous

Project & Relationship Management
- Meet service level agreement to business
- Coordination from start of concept to final delivery
- Management of all deadlines
- Forge strong relationships with Brand partners, Totalsports, Sports Division and TFG
- Reproduction and managing of print and digital elements
- Quality control of print work assured
- Facilitate strategic thinking and share creative vision
- Develop strategic advantage through alliances and partnerships
- Actively seeks new and innovative ideas for continuous improvement
- Forge strong relationships with our strategic brand partners
- Forge strong relationships with all departments within Totalsports
Profitable KPI scoring
- Meet service level agreement to business
- Deliver targets for Key Performance indicators for portfolio
- Brand health scorecard maintained and improved on company plan
