Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including correspondence, filing, and record- keeping
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for the VM Consult team
- Support procurement of office supplies and basic vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate administrative and operational records and documentation
- Assist with onboarding logistics, internal communications, and general HR administrative support
- Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and internal task lists
- Support budget tracking and expense documentation for office operations
- Provide general operational support to the Business Development and Events Manager and wider team as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Prior experience in a fast-paced or events-driven environment is an advantage
