What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day running of our facility end to end: throughput, quality, cost and delivery targets.
- Lead and develop a multi-shift team of supervisors, operators and fulfilment riders.
- Keep our 24/7 operation running smoothly to a high, consistent standard.
- Manage suppliers, stock and the smooth running of machines and site infrastructure.
- Uphold our quality and chain-of-custody standards at every step.
- Report performance and opportunities to senior management.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Proven operations, plant or facility management background (manufacturing, logistics, processing or hospitality).
- Strong people leadership — you can run and grow a large, multi-shift team.
- Comfortable with numbers and using data to make decisions.
- Calm under pressure, hands-on, with high standards on quality and cleanliness.
