Job Description
- Support procurement activities including supplier research, quotation requests, and purchase order processing
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource needs, flagging delays or risks to the Operations Manager
- Maintain accurate operational records, vendor files, and procurement documentation
- Coordinate logistics for materials, equipment, and personnel across project sites
- Assist with compliance checks, ensuring site activities meet health, safety, and quality requirements
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Prepare routine reports on operational performance, procurement status, and project progress
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, procurement, or project support roles
- Working knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working across construction, marine, or engineering project environments
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
