Personal Driver

Key Responsibilities

The Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to the employer and their family or designated associates. The role involves ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs, maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, and upholding discretion, confidentiality, and courtesy at all times.

• Safely operate and maintain the assigned vehicle for daily commutes, business, and personal errands.
• Ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs as scheduled by the employer.
• Maintain a clean, presentable, and well-fueled vehicle at all times.
• Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
• Assist with loading and unloading personal belongings, luggage, or packages.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange for regular servicing, repairs, and documentation renewals (insurance, roadworthy, etc.).
• Adhere to all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company/employer policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters concerning the employer.
• Provide additional support with errands or tasks as requested.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to remain discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of employer’s privacy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to assist with carrying or handling items when required.
