Physiotherapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide appropriate physiotherapy interventions based on clinical findings and established treatment protocols.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patients’ progress throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, posture, home management, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, patient care, and confidentiality.
• Participate in continuous professional development and clinical training.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• Must be registered and licensed to practice in Ghana.
• Previous clinical experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Professional, responsible, adaptable, and committed to providing quality patient care.
• Willingness to work and reside in Takoradi.
