POS and Distribution Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Manage POS inventory, demand forecasts, device allocation and deployment planning.
• Coordinate secure device distribution to agents and merchants.
• Track device utilisation, faults, repairs, recoveries and replacements.
• Manage vendors and service providers against agreed SLAs.
• Maintain accurate asset, inventory and distribution records and support audits.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, inventory management or distribution.
• POS-device experience is advantageous; payments, banking, fintech or telecoms experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, asset controls, stock reconciliation and vendor management.
• Strong analytical, planning, reporting and problem-solving skills.
