Job Description
What You'll Do
- Inspect every completed order for quality, finish and correct item count.
- Sign off orders and secure them for delivery to the right customer.
- Reject and return anything that doesn't meet our standard — with a clear reason.
- Spot recurring issues and feed them back to the production team.
- Uphold our quality and accuracy standards without compromise.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality, audit, revenue assurance or a similar assurance function.
- A sharp eye for quality and detail; you're willing to stop an order that isn't right.
- Independent and firm — you won't be rushed into passing poor work.
- Methodical, systematic and comfortable using an app to log your work.
- Willing to work shifts, including nights on rotation.
