Relationship Manager (Global and Regional Corporates)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned corporate clients.
• Identify client needs and deliver appropriate banking products and solutions.
• Drive business growth through cross-selling and expansion of existing client relationships.
• Monitor client portfolios to ensure profitability and compliance with the Bank's risk policies and procedures.
• Analyze clients' industries, business performance, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Prepare and support credit facility proposals in collaboration with credit and risk teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential problem accounts and emerging risks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver superior service and client satisfaction.
• Ensure high service standards and provide ongoing financial and banking advisory support to clients.
• Contribute to the achievement of business targets, revenue growth, and strategic objectives.
• Coach and support junior Relationship Officers where applicable.

Job Requirements / Candidate Profile

• MBA or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' banking experience, preferably in a Corporate Banking environment.
• Strong credit analysis and risk assessment skills.
• Sound knowledge of corporate banking products, financial services, and relationship management practices.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients' industries and strategic objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and ability to build relationships at senior executive level.
