This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a background in hospitality or luxury serviced residences. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth coordination between front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams. Conduct regular walk-through inspections of public areas, facilities, and staff performance to maintain cleanliness and service excellence. Handle guest and resident requests, complaints, and emergencies professionally and promptly. Ensure operational readiness for each shift and that all departments are functioning efficiently.
Responsibilities include supervising and supporting on-duty staff to ensure tasks are completed according to standards. Maintain discipline, grooming, and performance standards among all operational departments. Provide leadership during shifts, resolving issues and making on-the-spot decisions when required.
Qualifications require a diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in hospitality, property management, or facility operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
