Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations of the shop.
- Make sales, arrange deliveries and respond to after-sales service requests.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of our equipment and their use in construction to handle customer enquiries.
- Test equipment before sales.
- Assist with sales documentation, transactions and stock-taking.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships to generate sales.
Qualifications
- National Certificate II, Diploma, HND or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Building Technology or related field or TVET
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and social media.
- Previous experience in sales
- Technical knowledge or experience of construction and machinery is a plus.
