Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field visits.
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and sales agreements.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using the company's sales management systems.
  • Coordinate with the customer service, logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns when required.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold its values at all times.

Qualifications
  • Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Experience in field sales or business development is preferred.
