Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present products/services and negotiate agreements.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports.
- Follow up on leads and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Represent the company professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience.
- Real estate sales experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
- Professional presentation and customer relationship management skills.
- HND or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
