Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and clients.
  • Create and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business deals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop sales targets and ensure team performance meets or exceeds KPIs.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance presentations for management.

  • Understanding budgets, profit margins, and ROI.
  • Skilled in tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Building strong professional connections.
  • Responding effectively to market changes.
