Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and customer-focused Travel & Tour Sales, Marketing and Travel Coordination Executive to drive business growth through sales and marketing while coordinating seamless travel experiences for clients. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, promote travel products and services, build client relationships, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. The role offers opportunities for business travel, tourism events, familiarization trips, and attractive performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell travel and tourism products and services.
- Generate leads, acquire new clients, and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, visa, insurance, transfers, and tour bookings.
- Liaise with airlines, embassies, hotels, and travel partners.
- Manage customer enquiries and deliver excellent service.
- Execute marketing campaigns and represent the company at events.
- Prepare sales and performance reports and maintain customer records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Professional travel certification is an advantage.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in travel, tourism, sales, marketing, or customer service.
