Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• - Create and adapt visual designs for web, social media, and other digital platforms using approved brand guidelines, templates, and existing visual elements.
• - Develop graphic assets such as social media posts, banners, promotional visuals, campaign materials, and other digital content as required.
• - Ensure all designs maintain consistency in layout, typography, visual style, and overall brand presentation.
• - Adapt designs across different formats, tones, styles, sizes, and visual requirements.
• - Review designs carefully to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with approved visual and writing guidelines.
• - Communicate design concepts clearly and explain basic design decisions when required.
• - Make revisions to designs based on feedback from relevant stakeholders.
• - Manage assigned design tasks effectively and ensure all agreed deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• - 1–3 years of professional experience in visual design, graphic design, or a related creative role.
• - A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Art, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• - A strong design portfolio demonstrating relevant visual or graphic design work.
• - Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to create and adapt designs using existing visual elements and templates.
• - Good understanding of design principles, layout, typography, composition, and the production of web and social media assets.
• - Familiarity with graphic design tools and software used for creating digital visual content.
• - Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and explain basic design decisions.
• - Ability to adapt designs across different tones, styles, formats, and visual requirements.
• - Ability to follow established brand visual and writing guidelines.
• - Open to feedback and willing to revise and improve designs when required.
• - Ability to manage assigned tasks independently and meet agreed deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Recommended, Not Mandatory):

• - Football Knowledge: Good knowledge of football, including major leagues, clubs, players, and tournaments.
• - AI-Assisted Design Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and their application in creative workflows.
• - Basic Video Editing: Experience using CapCut or similar video editing software to complete basic video editing tasks.
