Youth Engagement & Learning Associate

The Youth Engagement & Learning Associate will play a critical role in supporting the transition of young Ghanaians—particularly women—into meaningful employment opportunities through targeted pre-employment interventions that enhance their job readiness and employability. The role involves identifying and profiling suitable candidates for entry-level positions, providing training and mentorship to improve their employability, and facilitating connections with potential employers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Ghanaian job market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with young people from diverse backgrounds.
